It's all about me.... isn't it?

Nobody likes me, everybody hates me. Guess I'll go eat worms. 

Sometimes it feels like this for a project manager on a perpetually red project. If you are a project manager who is constantly begging for resources to haul your effort out of the crapper and no one is listening to you, what do you do?

Worms are tasty I suppose. To a Klingon maybe. Or maybe another approach is in order...
